Nadia Hadjova has joined the firm as a Counsel.

Most recently a senior associate at Borislav Boyanov & Co., Nadia joined Spasov & Bratanov in early January.

Nadia has over 10 years of local and international experience in the areas of banking and finance law, securities law, corporate and M & A, commercial law, project finance and real estate. She has previously worked as an associate at the EBRD's legal department in London and as a senior associate at Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov and Velichkov.

Nadia holds an MA in Law from Sofia University "St.Kliment Ohridski", a Magister Juris degree from the University of Oxford and an LLM in international finance from Harvard Law School.
